How To Juggle - Learn to Juggle - Juggling Instruction

Welcome to the first place on the web (since 2002!) featuring free video juggling instruction! Here are 5 videos pretty much guaranteed to teach you how to juggle three balls. Start with the Intro, follow Steps 1, 2 and 3 and if you are still having difficulty, download the Troubleshooting video.

If you have average physical coordination, you should be able to learn a basic juggle in about 30 minutes. To get your pattern smooth takes about a day. It's not difficult, and it's a lot of fun! Someday there may be more instructional juggling videos here. Let me know what you'd like to see in the future.

Juggling Introduction A brief intro on the suggested balls to use to learn with... also, this part is relatively small and is a good test to see which format of video works best for you!

Juggling Step #1 One ball explained... you gotta start somewhere! Throws go slightly over your head, follow the ball with your eyes... right to left, left to right.

Juggling Step #2 Two balls explained... The trickiest step! Balls exchange in an 'X' pattern. Watch the highest ball. Don't hand across... both balls are thown!

Juggling Step #3 Three balls explained... You're almost there! If you made it through Step #2, this is should be easy! In about 30 minutes you'll be juggling!
